Delete your VisitLog account

A manager can delete their account and its data in the app at any time.

In the app

1. Open VisitLog and sign in as a manager.
2. Open Settings.
3. Tap Delete Account and confirm.

If you cannot use the app

Email [email protected] from the address you signed up with and ask us to delete your account. We will confirm by email and complete it within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your name, email address, notification tokens and sign-in sessions.
• If you are the only manager of your company: the company itself, with its whole visitor log, visitor photos, comments, staff codes and entry devices.

What is kept

• If your company has other managers, its visitor log stays with them. Comments you wrote remain in that log under your name, so the record stays complete.
